A single scoop Vanilla Sauropod without the cone by Paleop A single scoop Vanilla Sauropod without the cone by Paleop
Camarasaurus grandis may not be the most exciting sauropod, even amongst it's own genus, but it seems to have  a cult following here.
Camarasaurus as a genus lacks particularly long appendages unlike many sauropods.

Colors were derived from Springbok, a species of Spiny lizard, Gila Monster, and a lizard I don't know the name of.

There seems to be some slight issues with the left foot (i can see some colors that should not be there)

also, do u have any idea how i fucked this laptop up? i pressed some keys accidentally while trying to edit a google doc and now i can not put apostrophies in anything... when i try it accents the letter not apostrophy.

I purposefully made the light spot on the claw.

Consult google for  help.

Congrats, you managed to beat Witton in designing a sauropod imo here. This is the kind of sauropod I want to see in books and documentaries.

I've often wondered why dinosaurs were always depicted as one color, usually a shade of gray.  If we go with evolution, evolution would select for animals with multiple colors as camouflage.  Even an animal that can see color would have a hard time seeing a colorful animal moving slowly because the camouflage would break up its outline, especially if the animal has vertical stripes or splotches of color that are similar to the background color.  That's why the animals in my story are all shades of black, gray, yellow, and the basic background color of red.

I really like Camarasaurus... Most people thinks it is not a cool dinosaur, but for some reason I do not think the same, it is among my favorite sauropods. Nice work!
